All orders shipped UPS Ground unless
otherwise requested. All shipping charges are the
responsibility of the customer. We do not charge any
additional packaging/handling fees.
Any damages must be reported within 3
working days. Claims must be filed with the carrier.
ALL original packaging must be kept for UPS inspection.

By following the recommended instructions and ahering to these guidelines, you should enjoy your product for quite some time. Granny's Kountry Candles, LLC will not be responsible for any injuries, damages or losses of any kind due the use of any candles and/or simmering soybeans purchased from Granny's Kountry Candles, LLC. Candle burning is a huge responsibility and it is the consumers responsibility to strictly follow all instructions. In the event of injury or damage, Granny's Kountry Candles, LLC maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the product. Your purchase from Granny's Kountry Candles, LLC signifies your acceptance of these terms and policies. Never leave a candle unattended. In no event shall The Crafty Lady be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, including loss of income or revenue, even if The Crafty Lady has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action under contract, negligence or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information, services, products, and materials available When purchasing our candles wholesale, you agree that you are in no way an employee, partner, or legal representative of Granny's Kountry Candles or The Crafty Lady. You also agree that a $10 minimum order fee will be charged to wholesale orders that are placed for less than the $50 minimum required. You are, at all times, responsible for any and all income taxes and other taxes required by your town, city, state, or other jurisdiction.
