Happy Holidays!!!
It's that time of the year again. The last day
to place orders for Pre-Christmas delivery is November 15, 2008. We will
continue to receive orders after this, however; these orders will be shipped
early January 2009. Thank you and Happy Holidays.

08/24/08 Candles from Granny's may at times produce a frosted look similar to "mottling” or what some call “stars or ice bursts”. Soybean wax is much like chocolate and reacts similarly when warmed & cooled. This is completely natural and should not be considered a flaw.
Our candles are highly scented with top quality oil, so if they become warm in shipping they may "sweat" on top. This is just excess oils from the wax itself coming to the surface and will NOT affect the performance of the candle’s burn or the fragrance throw. A kleenex will quickly take care of this or you may pop it into the refrigerator for a few minutes and you're back to "normal".
08/04/08 Due to a change from the manufacturer of the seedling containers the black bottoms are no longer available and the seedling will now be in a clear color frosted bottom.
Cocoa, Campfire Smores, and Coffee Mugs are temporarily out of stock-Expected to have the Mugs in the end of August.

11/12/07 A reminder of the September 25th update below, all orders placed after 11/1 will not ship until after the holiday season
10/15/07 Anyone that has orders pending for Snowmen or Scarecrow Buckets the buckets pictured are no longer available and they will be shipped in a rusty bucket with a handle. Also please be advised Barn Star Buckets are no longer available.
Effective 10/2/07 With the increase in orders for the Holiday Season all orders will be processed in 20-22 Working Days.
September 25, 2007 To Our Valued Customers:
The 2007 Holiday Season is quickly approaching and Granny's wants all of our Customers to receive their Orders. Effective NOV. 1, 2007 we will NO longer take orders for the Holiday Season, but will take Holiday Orders with a Ship Date Until NOV. 30, 2007.

assured of delivery.

accept any Changes or Add ons to Existing orders or orders just placed.
If you need to add on, submit a separate order.
With the Busy Holiday Season, changes and
add ons can get missed or Lost and in processing can get very
confusing.

September 17, 2007 To our Customers: Due to Insurance Regulations and Provisions recently implemented by our Insurance Company ,effective immediately customer pickup orders will no longer be available. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but it is necessary we comply with these new regulations.

JUNE 2007 - - NEW LABEL COLOR OPTION To all of our valued Granny's Customers: All of us at Granny's Kountry Candles are constantly looking for new ways to improve our products and their appearance. In an effort to do so, we have recently purchased a new printing system specifically used in commercial labeling. The new label will still have the kraft "color" background that you are used to, however; you will notice a different finish or sheen to the label. These labels are waterproof, scratch-proof, will not fade and after 24 hrs, completely adhere to the labeling surface-making their adhesion "superior". No more torn or turned up corners. You may also notice a slight difference in some of the background graphics due to the coloring system used, but the greatest improvement will be the vivid display of color that is now seen.
We also now offer a white background which is also perfect for the "Country" store. Not only due the country graphics show up more clearly but so does the lettering on the white background.
