Placing a Wholesale Order
For wholesale, Granny's Kountry Candles manufactures and sells scented
soybean candles to wholesale buyers with a valid tax resale license.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, CASHIER'S Checks and Money Orders NO PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS ACCEPTED

A little about Shipping
CURRENT SHIPPING AVERAGES 12-14 WORKING DAYS (M-F)
During warm weather months we do NOT ship on Thursday or Friday due to potential heat damage. Very large orders can be shipping via trucking line. We use several companies, please inquire.
**Damages must be reported within 3 working days.**
Claims must be filed with the carrier. All orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns require prior authorization and credits will not be issued without a RMA#. There are NO EXCEPTIONS!
You are, at all times, responsible for any and all income taxes and other taxes required by your town, city, state, or other jurisdiction.
